South Burlington Police Department

The South Burlington Police Department has purchased 33,000 square feet at 19 Gregory Drive, South Burlington from R.E.M. Development.  The purchase was completed after the city successfully passed a bond vote on September 15, 2009.  

City Council Chairman Mark Boucher said the Gregory Drive project offered a prompt and cost-effective solution to mounting safety, health and privacy issues at Dorset Street (the current location).  The fit-up will be done by R.E.M. Development on behalf of the police department.  June occupancy is anticipated.
