South Burlington Police Department

Construction began today at 19 Gregory Drive, South Burlington to convert the commercial building into the new South Burlington Police Station.

Chief Trevor Whipple reported a launch of the project in the early afternoon; just hours after the city received a modified Act 250 permit to proceed with the construction. 

R.E.M. Development is doing the fit-up on behalf of the police department.  The police department’s move-in date is expected in June.
