Green Mountain Coffee Roasters has leased an additional 43,750 square feet at 687 Marshall Avenue, Williston from The Miller Realty Group, LLP.  This is in addition to 95,000 square feet they currently occupy at the same location and 109,095 square feet at two facilities located in Essex.
